Dermapen is a medical microneedling device equipped with a disposable sterile cartridge containing ultra-fine medical-grade needles. During the procedure:

Is there downtime after Dermapen?
Yes, mild downtime is expected. Redness immediately after the procedure is normal and a positive sign of increased circulation and skin activation. It typically subsides within 2–3 hours. Significant swelling is uncommon.
Can I wear makeup after the treatment?
No. We recommend avoiding makeup for at least 24 hours to allow the skin to recover and prevent irritation.
Is the procedure painful?
The treatment is very well tolerated. A topical numbing cream is applied before the procedure, and many patients find it so comfortable that they relax or even fall asleep.
Can Dermapen be combined with other treatments?
